Is a T5 fluorescent lamp and electric ballast mounted on a white metal tray inside a 50mm
tough polycarbonate tube with a waterproof tight end cap in each end

Waterproof Light fitting is easy light fitting to install by
just screw two 50mm plastic terry in and clipping the unit in to porsion.
comes in opal coloured tube or a clear tube
if needed can be supply with galvasized metal guard for add protection.
the unit can work on 110 or 20 volts and can be dimmable

The 50mm tube of the T5 light fitting is made of tough polycardonate material and can come in clear or a opal colour

THE END CAPS
The 50mm end cap has two groves in the wall of the cap where to rubber seal are in place this is to crate a water tight seal when the cap is push in to the end of the cylinder light
On one of the end caps there is a water proof plastic gland for the mains cable to go through.
The end caps we have stock come in two colours, black or white

The terry clips are 25mm wide with a hold in the center to screw the clip to a surface
they made from a very tought platstic in two colours black,white

Easy to Wiring in the fluorescent light fitting

The two end caps are farley tight inside the cylinder light to pull out of unit.
you will need a wide flat ended screwdrive to gently ease the end cap out of the light fitting

easier to wire up than a batton type fluorescent fitting

were you just push down one of the plastic tags and push the main cable inside the hold
there no need for a screw drive

Fixing the metal galvasized guards to the fluorescent light

measuring the matal guard to cut the wire quicker to install that a batton type fluorescent A metal galvasize guard held in place with a ziptie

After you have fastend the metal back plates and terry clips to a surface.
Then you simply hold the galvasized matal guard in to place making sure that the guard covers all the cylinder light.
Cut one of the galvasize wires with a pair of plies to make a small gap for the end of the metal back plate to go through this is going to hold the matal guards in place .
After cuting all 4 wire out of the galvasized metal guard and just clip the guard into back plates
if you think the unit need add protection, use a ziptie to hold the guard together like in the picture above

The 50mm terry clip is a tight fix to push the unit in place.
the easy way to push the cylinder lighting into the plastic clip is to turn the cylinder light on its side
and push the unit into place then turn to the direction you would like the light to shine
