The units are design to kill microorganisms in the air such as bacteria, moulds, yeasts,e coll and viruses.
This is achieved by the air passing through the germicidal unit and the short wave radiation from the two uvc tubes will destray the ceils of any germs in the air which will purifier air in a building.

The UVC germicidal unit is only 180mm wide and 120mm high with two uvc steriling tubes inside.
The unit is designed in such away that the uvc tubes can not be see on.
Comes in two sizes at the moment ,we are working on longer version using T5 uvc tubes
IN SIDE THE UNIT
Inside the unit there is two T8(G13) UVC germicidal tubes holded in place with a double plastic ip68 T8 lamp holder,
these T8 lamp holders
have a rubber Oring inside them which comprest agaist the glass tube by screwing the end cap on to the lamp holder , making the UVC T8 tubes completely water tight .
BACK OF THE UNIT
All the electrical control gear is very neatly hide away inside the back of the unit
which is completely sealed inside the unit if used in washing down areas
The unit is supplied 3 metre long ,3 core cable ,this is wired into the plastic gland at the back of the unit.

The blue light is the UVC rays from the germicidal tube , the real colour of the uvc ray is a greeny blue colour.
These units can be complety protected against splashes, washed down,jets of water even when the unit is turn on.
For best results the gemeridal units need togo inside a path of a air flow, like a radiator fan
