STICKLIGHT FITTING

A sticklight are a great option for windows and shop displays they could also be used in the theatres and TV industry as well in every day situations.
They come in various colours or just clear. They come with a chocse of a black or white end caps and leads.
The flexable power lead is 1.5 metres long and can be made longer if requirded.
The light consist of a T5 fluorescent tube wired to a 4 core inserted in a strong 30mm diameter Polycarbonate tube.
hold in place with 2 metal or plastic terry clips designed to give a linear colouring lighting effect of light.

A sticklight comes with a cable lead of 1.5 meter could be longer if require and
2 metal terry clips.

COLOURED TUBE LIGHT FITTING

The Full sticklight is a T5 fluorescent tube wired to a very small electronic ballast
inserted in a strong 30mm diameter opal or clear Polycarbonate tube with an end cap pushed on each end
comes in a choice of colours in the list below.
The T5 fluorescent tube can be easly replace by just pulling off the end cap with the lead attached.

Unfortunaly 110mm at one end of the full sticklight will not shine were the electric ballast is.

The opal opal full stick light tube will reduct the light output about 10%

HOW TO WIRE IN A STICK LIGHT

MAKE SURE THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY IS TURN OFF BEFORE WIRING THE ELECTRONIC BALLAST

Single electric ballast

240v side of the electronic ballast.
The Earth wire is normal GREEN and YELLOWor justGREEN
The Neutal wire is BLUE or BLACK in colour.
The Live wire is BROWN or RED in colour.

Single electric ballast

on wiring a plastic type of electronic ballast there is no need for the green yellow earth wire . Just follow what says on the ballast to wire in the brown live wire and blue neutal wire.

how to wire the main voltage to a ballast

On wiring a metal case type of electronic ballast you do need a green yellow earth wire. Just follow the instruction of lid of the ballast.
